We support you! We are here 7 days a week to support shoppers and answer their questions. As a paid course attendee, you will gain access to the self-paced course, but we won't leave you hanging! We are here to answer questions about the industry, processes, and shops. Many MSPs have schedulers who are independent contractors who log in to work a few times throughout the day and don't work weekends. Those with employees, still do not work weekends, but we do! We are here to help you in your shopper journey.
Secret Shopping work is real work/ real gigs. You will be expected to complete your shops on the date(s) you chose/accepted them for. Shoppers are rated and low-rated shoppers have a harder time obtaining work.
You will earn money and free stuff by shopping at places you likely already visit.
You choose the shops and dates you want to shop and put them on your schedule.
PRO-TIP! Reimbursements are not income, remember that for tax time.
